Diana Weems
Diana Weems is a licensed Texas real estate broker with over fourteen years of experience in land development and real estate sales in San Antonio, Texas.
After graduating at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business degree in Economics and Finance, Diana joined local development company, Schaefer Properties, where she gained valuable experience in the fundamentals of residential development.
In 1993, she joined one of the top development companies in San Antonio, formerly Worth-Hallmark Development Company, as a Development Project Manager, and was involved in the development of over twenty residential subdivisions. She then became Marketing Director and oversaw the marketing and sales of hundreds of subdivision lots to numerous custom and production builders, both local and national.
In 1998 she became an independent real estate practitioner and started Encino Real Estate Services, Inc., specializing in the development and sale of high-end subdivisions and raw land sales for both commercial and residential use. Diana currently has exclusive developer listings on lots in the Gardens at Yorkshire and The Vistas of Sonterra. Her previously-sold listings include The Villas Green, West Oaks of Castle Hills, The Ridge at Stone Oak, Sonoma Ranch, Mission Oaks, Champions Ridge, Evans Ranch, Helotes Park Terrace, The Forest at Stone Oak and Steeple Brook subdivisions, Las Ventanas Townhomes at Crownridge and Rialto Village master planned community, many of these subdivisions included the sale of the raw land tract to the developer in addition to the lot sales. She has developed valuable long-term business relationships with land developers and custom home builders in San Antonio and is continually a multi-million dollar producer.
Currently a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, and the Greater San Antonio Builders Association, Diana has served on the Realtor/Builder Committee for both organizations. She continues to nurture broad-based relationships with the local builder and Realtor communities.
Diana also contributes her time to charities and has been Chair of fundraising for the locally-based Wesley Community Center which provides much-needed funding for daycare, medical and social services to the underprivileged.

Suzanne LePori
Suzanne Le Pori is Associate Partner of Encino Real Estate Services.
She is a native of San Antonio and a graduate of St. Mary’s University and the School of Law at St. Mary’s University. Prior to her real estate career, Suzanne was an associate in the Dallas-based law firm of Johnson and Gibbs and the owner of women’s retail clothing stores in Austin and Aspen, Colorado. As a part of Encino’s strong commitment to serving the community, Suzanne is a volunteer at SAM Ministries and Christ Healing Center and actively attends the “Building Believers” meetings of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. She is a committed member of Hill Country Church and has helped to organize the church’s food drive benefiting the San Antonio Food Bank.
Suzanne’s professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the State Bar of Texas.
She is currently serving the San Antonio Board of Realtors as a member of the Communications Committee and the Grievance Committee.
